Squeezing into my skinny jeans? Not so much.
I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a child. I refused to give up the things I loved to eat or exploring new foods, so dieting in general seemed sacrilege to me. I’m pretty active and I do a lot of yoga, but I was never able to achieve (and maintain) my goal weight until I started doing The FastDiet (also known as the 5:2 Diet).
These days I really do eat whatever I want without worrying I’ll lose control of my weight again.
